One library for 70+ writers
With more than 70 UX writers across Wix, keeping language, terminology, and best practices aligned was hard.
What I did
I met with several third-party services to find a tool that fit Wix’s needs, and oversaw everything from the demo calls to the structuring and curation of the library, and finally the technical implementation and adoption by writers for a pilot.
The call
Our conclusion was that it was too soon for a third-party tool. We decided to keep the library in our knowledge base platform until it was extensive enough for an advanced tool.
